If you have not already got Adobe Reader or other compatible pdf reading software download the latest version - Adobe Reader download (free). The PDF format for documents is an Adobe product. It is a well established and stable product but issues sometimes happen.

Fell The story of the 9½ inch gauge scale model of a Webb compound, built a century ago, the prototypes on which it was modelled, its maker and recent restoration with the help of the Heritage Lottery Fund. Latest second edition fact sheet now on line with additional information and photographs. Release version = 2.4 10th October 2012 French light rail - 2 (Updated version loaded January 2021) This is a presentation by Graham Jellett, which he gave to a meeting of SLS Newcastle Centre on 29th November 2019, about the twenty three new steel wheel tramways which have come into service in France from 2000 to date. Effectively it is an update of a similar talk he gave to SLS Manchester Centre on 20th January 2018. Secondly, a comprehensive webpage of nearly 1,000 of his photographs and some tables of data he has drawn up, of all 46 modern urban public light rail systems currently operating in France, may be viewed and downloaded free from www.flickr.com/photos/freinsevran/albums French light rail - 1 (First listing as at 2018) -This is a presentation by Graham Jellett covered the twenty one new steel wheel tramways which had come into service in France between 2000 and 2018. For the Firefox browser an EPUB reader add-on can be downloaded here. For the i-pad any of the e-book reader apps should open the document. On the i-phone provided an e-book reader app is already on your phone the document can be opened. NB These are trial test versions and subject to changes and revisions. Latest version dates as shown.
Testing has identified that when downloading these files for loading into i-books on an i-phone users must use the Safari browser. It is assumed that this is for proprietary reasons as Safari is an Apple product.
